Congratulations on your orders and welcome to Naval Medical Forces Support Command (NMFSC)! NMFSC is an Echelon three level command under the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). We deliver professional, occupational and operational education, training and logistics solutions to support the Navy Medicine mission.
Command Sponsorship Program
Upon receipt of your orders to NFSC, a Welcome Aboard package will be sent to you. Please complete the sponsor questionnaire located on NSIPS. Once you have logged into NSIPS, click on the “Update Personal Information” option, then select Gain Questionnaire. This will help assess your needs, and allow us to provide the best possible support in preparing for your arrival!

Reporting Aboard
During normal working hours (0730-1630), report with your orders and records to the Administrative Department located in building 1001 in the Uniform of the Day. The Administrative Department can be contacted by phone at (210) 808-9656/9612, during normal working hours. After normal working hours, on a weekend or holiday, contact Duty Admin at (210) 307-9337.
